Medicaid Advantage Plus
Amerigroup is a New York Managed Care Organization (MCO) that participates in the Medicaid Advantage Plus program. Participation and enrollment in Medicaid Advantage Plus is voluntary.
Medicaid Advantage Plus is for people age 18 and over who have both Medicare and Medicaid and are eligible for services usually provided in a nursing home.
To participate in Medicaid Advantage Plus, an enrollee must also be:

enrolled in the Amerigroup Amerivantage Specialty + Rx Plan for Medicare coverage and reside in Kings, Queens, New York or Richmond County, or
-
enrolled in the Amerigroup Amerivantage Classic + Rx Plan for Medicare coverage and reside in Bronx County
