Amerigroup is a Managed Care Organization (MCO) that participates in New York's Child Health Plus (CHPlus) program. Amerigroup helps you manage your health care benefits if you are a child under the age of 19 who does not qualify for Medicaid and does not have health insurance.

With Amerigroup, your child gets all the CHPlus benefits he or she needs. Monthly premiums may apply. Your child can get a doctor’s care and hospital care. We help answer your questions and guide your child through the system.

With Amerigroup, your child can get benefits like:
