AMERIGROUP Community Care - Washington, D.C.

We have ended operations in Washington, D.C. as of June, 30, 2008. 

This does not affect AMERIGROUP members who live in Florida, Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas or Virginia. 

If you live in Washington, D.C., this does not affect your eligibility for Medicaid. You have three ways to find out more through the D.C. Healthy Families Enrollment Office:

  1. Call 202-639-4030 from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  2. Visit the office at 1820 Jefferson Place, NW, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  3. Go to the D.C. Healthy Families website.

If you are deaf or hard of hearing, call the TDD/TTY line at 202-639-4041. If you are blind or have low vision, you can call for help at 202-639-4030.
