The doctors we work with
More doctors, clinics and hospitals join our network every day. We want to hear from you: Who’s your favorite doctor? What hospital is most convenient? Which clinic do you go to? Send an email to email@example.com and tell us about them so that we can add them to our network!

We know seniors and people with disabilities
As one of the country’s leading MCOs for the elderly and people with disabilities, we’re ready to serve people residing in nursing facilities as well as those enrolled in waiver programs, including:

- Serious Emotional Disturbance
- Traumatic Brain Injury
- Intellectual or Developmental Disability
Our dedicated care managers work with your family, doctors and community groups to help you where and when you need it. We also offer you special benefits like extra transportation and special respite care for those who help you. Read more about these extra benefits.
You may have not been able to pick up some or all of your medicine at the pharmacy this week. This was because of a system error. We’re glad to report the system has been fixed. You can pick up your medicine now. We’re sorry for any problems this caused.
If you had to pay extra for your medicine, you can return to the pharmacy. They’ll give you a refund for any extra payment you made.

If you need an interpreter, please call Member Services at 1-800-600-4441 (TTY 1-800-855-2880) Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central time, except for holidays. If you call after 5 p.m., you can leave a voice mail message. Interpreter services are free and in any language.
