TennCare is the state of Tennessee’s Medicaid program. It provides health care to low-income pregnant women, children, older adults and individuals who have a disability.

Here are some of the benefits you get with Amerigroup as your TennCare health plan. For some types of care, you may have to pay part of the cost. This is called a copay. Not everyone on TennCare has copays. Your Amerigroup card will tell you if you have copays and what they are. Learn more about copays on the TennCare website.
