You don't need a referral to get help from providers in our plan for behavioral health, alcohol, or drug problems.
If you have a behavioral health emergency or crisis, call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room right away.
Need help with rides to your health-care services?
We can help with rides to the doctor, dentist, hospital, pharmacy, and any other place you receive Medicaid services. Go to the Transportation page under the Benefits tab for more details.
Amerigroup will use our transportation vendor, Access2Care, to arrange all travel. To schedule a ride or find out the status of your ride, call the NEMT Services line and “Where’s My Ride?” line at the number below based on your membership type:

If you do not speak English, we can help you in many other languages, including Spanish. You can call Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time, except for state-approved holidays. For “Where’s My Ride?”, you can call between 5 a.m. to 7 p.m. local time Monday through Saturday or any time you are waiting for a scheduled ride.
