Updates and reminders

Coming soon: Sydney Health

You will be able to download the Sydney Health mobile app soon. Sydney Health is where you can manage your health plan using your Amerigroup username and password. You will still be able to use your Amerigroup app until June.

Formula Recall

On September 9, 2022, Amerigroup Texas was notified by the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) of a voluntary recall for Kate Farms pediatric and adult formula products. If you have one of these formulas, follow these steps:

1. Check to see if your formula has been recalled at http://www.myproductinformation.com.
2. If recalled, do NOT use it.
3. If your formula is not included in the recall, you can keep using it.
4. Contact your WIC Office for more information on a replacement.

To find out if a formula is part of the recall is posted on the Texas WIC website.
