Am I eligible

To qualify for Apple Health (Medicaid) benefits, you must meet certain income requirements. To find out if you may be eligible, see below.

Who's eligible?

You must live in one of our service areas.

You may be eligible if you have limited income and are part of one of the following groups:

  • Adults ages 19-64
  • Children under 19
  • Pregnant women
  • Families with children
  • Individuals who are aged, blind or disabled
  • American Indians and Alaska Natives

You must live in Chelan, Douglas or Grant county.

You may be eligible if you have limited income and are part of one of the following groups:

  • Dual eligibles (if you have both Medicare and Medicaid)
  • Apple Health foster children, foster alumni and support
  • Members with spenddown
  • Pregnant women who are noncitizens
  • Individuals living in an institution for Mental Disease and other Medicaid eligible long-term or residential care

You must live in Chelan, Douglas or Grant county.
